Mishpochah V’Hesed (with loving-kindness to our extended family) we express our gratitude for your devoted love for God’s Chosen people and Israel.
Rabbi Shaul, the Apostle Paul, penned the following in the Bible: “Praise be to God, Father of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, compassionate Father, God of all encouragement and comfort; who encourages us in all our trials, so that we can encourage others in whatever trials they may be undergoing with the encouragement we ourselves have received from God.” (II Corinthians 1:3-4)
We are aware that many throughout America today are experiencing diverse trials in varying degrees as a result of: joblessness, home foreclosures, natural disasters, extreme loss, health issues, etc. But in the midst of the trials you may be facing, many of you have sacrificially chosen to give out of your own need to help those who have been living-out their lives in degradation from the horrors of the Holocaust, as well as to the many needy orphans and widows. Your freewill fellowship offerings of gratitude unto God for all you have received from Him is given out through our ministry to God’s Chosen people as gifts given by Christians who love them.
“Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly, will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times; having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. As it is written: ‘He has scattered abroad his gifts to the poor; his righteousness endures forever.’”
Your financial support for Israel and its people in need is truly a blessing to those receiving it, as well as a blessing from God upon your life. Likewise, we must not forget God’s command to "Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem"---which is increasingly important at this time. A top Israel Defense Forces Chief, Major General Eyal Eisenberg, has predicted that an all-out war will be initiated by Muslims from Egypt, Turkey, and Iran next month after the United Nation votes to seize Jerusalem on the 20th of September. He said, “It looks like the Arab Spring, but it can also be a radical Islamic winter! This leads us to the conclusion that through a long-term process, the likelihood of an all-out war is increasingly growing. Iran has not abandoned its nuclear program. The opposite is true; it continues full steam ahead…with the possibility of weapons of mass destruction being used.”
America’s peace, world peace, and our personal peace hinges on our positive actions towards Israel and Jerusalem which biblically is called the "City of Peace." It is God who has placed His Name in Jerusalem: “I have chosen Jerusalem for my Name to be there…” (II Chronicles 6:6) The Day is coming when Jerusalem will be called…“The Throne of the LORD, and all the nations will gather in Jerusalem to honor the Name of the LORD.” (Jeremiah 3:17) The nations that gather together on September 20th to vote in favor of dividing Jerusalem shall reap God’s judgment. God will not be mocked…we must not be found fighting against God! In the midst of all this hatred, God’s Grace International continues to show its support for the Land of Israel and its people. We are working – with your “tools” in the current moment – for an
eternal result by extending Yeshua’s love through humanitarian aid, and the Good News of Yeshua the Messiah.
Throughout October, November, and into December, I will be spending time in Israel with our affiliate Organization, Helping Hand Coalition, caring for the needs of many who are in great need. I will also spend time in Ukraine and Russia with our various Messianic Jewish congregations, outreaches, and a pioneering venture of planting a potential Messianic congregation. With all the upheaval in these regions, I ask for your prayers for my safety and health from a work that is spiritually and physically demanding.
The Jewish High Holy days are upon us beginning September 28th, starting with Rosh ha-Shanah. Many Jewish scholars and serious students of the Bible believe Yeshua our Messiah’s Second Coming to earth will take place during the High Holy Days---will it be on Rosh ha-Shanah, Yom Kippur, or Sukkot? Will it be this year, next year, or much further down the road? It all depends on your eschatology, but of course, only God knows for sure the exact time of Yeshua’s Second Coming. (Matthew 24:36-41) Therefore, we must not be spiritually napping, but awake, alert, and watching; not caught off-guard so that we are prepared for His Coming! (Matthew 24:42; Mark 13:33)
With all that I stated above, I once again return to you with our heartfelt thanksgiving for your partnership with us in ministry. Your faithfulness with us in being God’s helping hand is a 3-fold blessing: to this ministry, to those in need, and in case you haven’t thought of it – to YOU. Your prayers and gifts of any amount counts, whether large or small---$5,000, $500, or $5---it is a blessing that makes a difference to those in need. THANK YOU!
